How To Make: Marijuana Mac N Cheese

Ahh one of the ultimate comfort foods, Mac N Cheese.  What could make it better?  Infusing it with Marijuana of course!  I love Mac N Cheese, in a hurry or a pinch, it can be whipped up from a store bought box in minutes.  Want to get fancy, make it from “Scratch” and the options are endless.  From different cheeses, sharp cheddar, Gouda, to mozzarella or even blue cheese!  You can also experiment adding bacon, sausage, pepperoni, chives and a whole bunch of other stuff to spice it up!  We will leave the creativity up to you, but we have 2 recipes for you today.  First one of our favorites, made from “Scratch” featuring Velveeta cheese! Second quick, dirty and cheap method, not our favorite, but it will do the job.  Dig in!

Home Made Marijuana Mac N Cheese: Featuring Velveeta

No, Velveeta has no affiliation with this post, or CookWithMarijuana.net.  I just happen to love it for Mac N Cheese.  Probably not the most healthy cheese option, but hell, it tastes great!  So, I am ready to get into it!  Some Home Made Marijuana Mac N Cheese.  Great comfort food, fantastic on a cold day, and with our infusion, we should become nicely elevated 🙂

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz of Velveeta Cheese – Cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 4 Tablespoons of CannaButter
  • 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream, 1/2 tablespoon each Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Box of Elbow or Shell Macaroni

Lets Do It!:

  1. Boil Water, Once Boiling, Add Noddles.  Cook for 8-10 Minutes or Until Tender.
  2. Strain Out Water
  3. In Pot on low hear Mix Cheese cubes, CannaButter, Heavy Cream and Salt and Pepper.
  4. Stir and Mix Well over low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!

 

 

 

Quick and Easy: Store Bought Method

Pretty simple, see the instructions to the left from a store bought Mac N Cheese.   Just replace butter with CannaButter and enjoy!

Ingredients – in this case, follow your box instructions:

  • 1 Box Store Bought Mac N Cheese
  • 4 Tablespoons of CannaButter
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 6 Cups Water

Lets Do It!:

  1. Boil Water, Once Boiling, Add Noddles.  Cook for 8 Minutes or Until Tender.
  2. Strain Out Water
  3. In Pot Mix Cheese Powder, CannaButter, and Milk.
  4. Stir and Mix Well.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
